The HT271 high temperature standard device can achieve the calibration or verification of radiation thermometers between 650 ℃ and 2700 ℃.
The high-temperature blackbody radiation source mainly consists of a high-temperature blackbody furnace, an automatic temperature control system, a photoelectric pyrometer, an argon gas pipeline system, a cooling water circulation system, and other components.
The calibration of the radiation thermometer adopts the dual blackbody cavity method. The graphite heating tube of the high-temperature blackbody furnace has a target surface in the middle, forming two symmetrical blackbody cavities, and the temperature on both sides of the target surface is kept consistent. The calibration can be completed by measuring the temperature of the blackbody cavities on both sides simultaneously with a photoelectric pyrometer and a radiation thermometer.
Including the metrology certificate of the National Defense Science and Technology Industry First Metrology Testing and Research Center, the technical indicators meet the requirements of current regulations/specifications.
